- Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of the accommodation.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and/or events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are between 15:00 - 17:00 & 22:00 - 08:00.
- The Environmental Fee of 8€/night is included in the price.
- 1 day before check-in, please send us the passport or ID number and the official full name under which the reservation was made.
- Infants and children of any age are allowed.
- Guests do not pay a damage deposit.
- Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest.
- Using the accommodation's towels at the beach or outdoors is not permitted.
- Due to a smart lock, check-in is possible at any time (after 15:00).

- It has all the necessary documents. It also complies with all official safety and hygiene regulations (Civil Liability Insurance, six-month pest control certificate, anti-electric shock system, and electrician's certificate).
