What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM via smart lock for easy self check-in with a personal code, so you can arrive anytime after 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out can be offered without extra charge upon prior arrangement and only when there is no same-day next booking.

Is the Rokakis Home suitable for families with children?

Absolutely. The villa has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. We can provide up to 2 baby cots upon request with no extra charge. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for families and the beach is just a 2-minute walk.

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer flexible cancellation. Cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are charged at 50% of the total stay. We understand plans change, so please reach out and we'll work with you.

Do I need a car?

Not at all. Rokakis Home is in the center of Chania, with the beach 120m away, tavernas and a supermarket within 100m, and the Old Venetian Harbor a 15-minute walk away. For day trips around Crete, we can arrange car rentals for you.
